Frank Clark is a founding partner of Game On 365, LLC. Together with his partners, Frank co-founded the company to build the premiere indoor turf sports facility in Westchester County.
Game On 365 Sports, LLC has secured rights to purchase the 32 acre Westchester Golf Range (http://thewestchestergolfrange.com), an outstanding location in central, southern Westchester, 5 minutes from White Plains and right off the Sprain Brook Parkway at Dobbs Ferry Road. The company intends to build The Westchester Field House, a 105,000 square foot indoor/outdoor sports training center focused on training athletes in soccer, lacrosse, baseball, football, field hockey, golf and other sports. Frank Clark is an original co-founder of CytoSorbents, Inc. and its predecessor companies (WEIT, LLC, RenalTech, MedaSorb).
CytoSorbents, Inc. is a medical device company that has developed a novel hemoperfusion device for blood purification. The device is currently being used in Europe, Asia and the Middle East (30 countries) to treat cytokine storm and related conditions, including sepsis, severe sepsis and septic shock, complications from influenza, pneumonia and other viral infections, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), acute lung injury (ALI), multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS), acute kidney failure, acute pancreatitis, trauma and rhabdomyolysis.

Frank worked as a financial advisor and wealth manager for seven years and maintained active licenses both as a Registered Investment Advisor Representative and securities sales representative (FINRA Series 7, Series 66, Life and Health) in multiple states. Frank was a Registered Representative from 2005 -2012 and has more than 27 years of professional experience in institutional investment research, portfolio management, commercial real estate, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, and entrepreneurship. Frank’s clients have included financial services executives, investment bankers, hedge fund managers, and business owners.
He started his career on Wall Street in quantitative investment research, financial forecasting, risk management and investment banking at companies such as Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, Drexel Burnham Lambert, Templeton Global Investors, Johnson and Higgins as well as smaller, boutique firms.
Following that, he was a partner in a real estate investment company in Manhattan seeking to develop a mixed-use sports and recreation facility at the Chelsea Piers.

Frank earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Fordham College in the Bronx, New York on a Presidential Scholarship, a full academic scholarship, and earned a Master’s degree from New York University in Real Estate Development and Investments.

He has aggressively pursued continuing education through self study that includes extensive reading and attending training seminars, conferences and expositions about business, human behavior and health. His deep intellectual curiosity has led him to read hundreds of books on these and related topics. Of particular research interest were the fields of marketing, finance, health and their related psychology disciplines. This led him to study the specialized sub fields of behavioral economics, market psychology, crowd psychology, neuro-finance, the immune system, nephrology, autoimmune disorders, inflammation, nutrition and micro-nutrition, medical (patient) compliance, psycho-neuro immunology, sales and persuasion psychology, copy writing, internet marketing, and more.
